• 5 hand selected Contestants will square off during the Finders Spring Design Competition to create a stylish and functional space that will win the hearts of our Spring Market shoppers who will vote for their favorite space to determine the winner of a $1,500.00 Prize! 

• Contestants will create one-of-a-kind spaces around our Spring theme "OUTDOOR LIVING" using mostly elements that are rescued, restored, repurposed, and reimagined, Vintage, antique, handmade, upcycled, repurposed, salvaged, flea market or thrift store finds or live materials (flowers, plants).  

• Each contestant will receive an 8x14 design space on our stage.

• This season's theme is OUTDOOR LIVING. Think porch, patio, deck, sunroom, garden spot,etc

• Design spaces will be on the stage in our indoor market area, just 2' off the ground so easy offloading of your items without having to carry them up steps -- And at perfect eye level for our shoppers to see from anywhere in the room! 

• You will have 8 hours the day before our Spring Market to design your space.
  Design Time is Friday, May 17th from 10am-6pm. Everyone must stop work by 6pm

• Just in front of your space will be a voting jar/can. If you'd like to promote your design services, feel free to put business cards out in front of your space next to the voting can. 

• On Market Saturday 9am-3pm, shoppers will receive a ticket to vote for their favorite space! Following the market, tickets will be counted by our staff and the Winning designer announced Monday and awarded a $1,500.00 Prize!!  

• All spaces and Contestants will be spotlighted on our Facebook Page with special recognition for our Winner

• Each contestant will receive a $25 gift card to/from our friends at Kenney's Ace Hardware in Decatur/Mt Zion to use for supplies/materials of your choice
