The Jump Jive Package

This is the Premiere planning package for the Bride who wants her wedding and the planning of it to be pure enjoyment / no stress. Designing your dream wedding can literally be a full time job. Trying to coordinate the hundreds of details on lunch hours and weekends can be exhausting and frustrating work. When you choose The Jump & Jive Package, you get to make the decisions that are important to you  and we’ll take care of everything else down to the last detail so all you have to do is show up on time and have a great time!

  • Regular Consultations via phone, email or in person
  • Budget Planning, implementation and management throughout the process
  • Total wedding design, theme, color pallet and decor
  • Site selection and floor plan design.
  • Vendor recommendations and selections (Florals, linens, lighting, entertainment, photographers, entertainment, etc.)
  • Food and beverage planning and cake design assistance
  • Schedule appointments and attendance at meetings with vendors.
  • Attendance at Initial/Final sessions with selected Caterer, Ceremony/Reception site Managers
  • Review and maintain vendor contract commitments with detailed follow up.
  • One initial consultation attendance with Bride at Bridal Shop for Wedding attire/Selection (upon request)
  • Assembly and mailing of wedding invitations (does not include postage)
  • Selection of Hotel and Coordinating Hotel Room Blocks for out of town guests
  • Assembly and Delivery of Welcome Gifts for guests staying at hotel (does not include contents)
  • Provide Honor attendants with list of duties
  • Arrange details for the rehearsal dinner
  • Ceremony rehearsal direction
  • Collection of wedding day items at rehearsal (favors, programs, guest book, etc.)
  • Complete Wedding Day Coordination including
    • Early arrival at ceremony site
    • Receiving deliveries and greeting vendors
    • Directions for extended wedding party (ushers, guest book and/or program hostess)
    • Lining up and cueing the wedding party for their walk down the isle
    • Bringing the family and wedding party together for photographs
    • Insuring décor and florals are placed properly
    • Facilitate design and setup at reception site
    • Assist with special needs at the reception, confer with staff, entertainment.
    • Insure vendors provide agreed upon services
    • Distributing gratuities or final payments to vendors on your behalf.
    • Complimentary Wedding Day emergency kit

Each Package is customized to meet the needs of the client.  Event Management Fees will be dependent of individual factors such as Event Complexity, size of wedding party, number of guests and location.
Additional Services can be requested at an hourly rate and are not included in our wedding packages:

  • Meetings on weekends or Holidays
  • Deliver gown to site
  • Transport décor to reception site
  • Maintenance of RSVP’s
  • Return of any rental items
