The Big Day
The package is designed for the bride who wants to take care of all the planning herself but would like a project manager for the rehearsal and Wedding Day. We’ll be sure all the details are handled properly so you can relax and completely enjoy your day. Includes the following professional Services:
- Detailed planning meeting one month prior to your wedding
- Acquire copies of vendor contracts and seating charts if applicable
- Walkthrough of ceremony and reception sites to confirm design, seating, etc.
- Confirmation of vendor commitments
- Ceremony Rehearsal direction – One hour
- Complete Wedding Day Coordination up to 7 hours including:
- Early arrival at ceremony site
- Receiving of deliveries and greeting vendors
- Direction for extended wedding party (ushers, guest book and/or program hostess)
- Lining up and cueing the wedding party for their walk down the isle
- Bringing the family together for photographs
- Insuring ceremony décor and florals are placed properly
- Confirm set up at reception site and readiness for Wedding Party
- Assist with Special Needs at the reception, confer with staff, entertainment
- Insure vendors provide agreed upon services
- Distributing gratuities or final payments to vendors on your behalf
- Complimentary Wedding Day Emergency Kit
Each Package is customized to meet the needs of the client. Event Management Fees will be dependant of individual factors such as Event Complexity, size of wedding party, number of guests and location.
