Our Destination package is designed for couples who wish to marry in a dreamy location. Whether it be in or outside the country, or on water, we can help you plan the ceremony you dream of. Our package includes the following and can be customized according to your wants and needs:
- Regular Consultations via in person, phone, email
- Budget Planning, implementation and management throughout the process
- Total wedding and reception design, theme, color pallet and décor
- Vendor selections and contracting
- Site selection and floor plan design.
- Assistance with guest accommodations
- Food and beverage planning
- Assembly and mailing of wedding invitations (does not include postage)
- Transportation management for wedding party and guests (if required)
- Prepare and deliver Welcome gifts and information to hotel for guests (does not include contents)
- Assist with necessary wedding documents (if outside the U.S.)
- Confirm vendor agreements
- Provide Honor attendants with list of duties
- Arrange details for the rehearsal dinner
- Ceremony rehearsal direction
- Collection of wedding day items at rehearsal (favors, programs, guest book, etc.)
- Complete Wedding Day Coordination including
- Early arrival at ceremony site
- Receiving deliveries and greeting vendors
- Directions for extended wedding party (ushers, guest book and/or program hostess)
- Lining up and cueing the wedding party for their walk down the isle
- Bringing the family and wedding party together for photographs
- Insuring décor and florals are placed properly
- Facilitate design and setup at reception site
- Assist with special needs at the reception, confer with staff, entertainment.
- Insure vendors provide agreed upon services
- Distributing gratuities or final payments to vendors on your behalf.
** All travel/lodging expenses for the Event Planner and one assistant is the responsibility of the Client.
Pre-event site inspection and meeting with vendors is strongly recommended for all destination wedding events. Final Event Management fee will be dependent on individual factors such as event complexity, size of wedding party, number of guests and location.
