Countdown Package
This package is designed for the couple that has taken care of most of the pre-planning but still need some guidance and assistance putting the pieces together and finishing all the last minute details. Our package includes working with you starting 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding day and includes the following professional services:
- Initial Meeting to go over plans made to date, discuss needs, acquire vendor contracts for follow up
- Walkthrough at Ceremony and Reception sites and mapping out details of the day’s event.
- Phone and email consultations.
- Development of timeline covering complete itinerary to make sure everything has been taken care of.
- Confirmation of all vendor commitments
- Ceremony Rehearsal direction – One hour
- Complete Wedding Day Coordination including:
- Early arrival at ceremony site
- Receiving of deliveries and greeting vendors
- Direction for extended wedding party (ushers, guest book and/or program hostess)
- Lining up and cueing the wedding party for their walk down the isle
- Bringing the family together for photographs
- Insuring décor and florals are placed properly
- Facilitate design and set up at reception site
- Assist with Special Needs at the reception, confer with staff, entertainment
- Insure vendors provide agreed upon services
- Distributing gratuities or final payments to vendors on your behalf
- Complimentary Wedding Day Emergency Kit
Each Package is customized to meet the needs of the client. Event Management Fees will be dependant of individual factors such as Event Complexity, size of wedding party, number of guests and location.
