Maybe you’ve started the planning and have some of the details taken care of but realize it’s a whole lot more work than you anticipated. Looking for relief? This package is perfect for you. We will partner with you to make sure your Wedding Day vision is everything you dreamed. Package includes:
- Up to 6 in person consultations
- Budget planning
- Basic Design and décor development assistance
- Telephone and email consulting as needed
- Site Selection and floor plans as needed
- Food and beverage planning as needed
- Assist in the selection and contract negotiations with vendors
- Attendance at selected planning meetings with vendors
- Assembly and mailing of wedding invitations (does not include postage)
- Provide Honor attendants with list of duties
- Arrange Details for the rehearsal dinner
- Ceremony Rehearsal direction
- Collection of wedding day items at rehearsal (favors, programs, guest book, etc)
- Ceremony rehearsal direction
- Complete Wedding Day Coordination including
- Early arrival at ceremony site
- Receiving of deliveries and greeting vendors
- Direction for extended wedding party (ushers, guest book and/or program hostess)
- Lining up and cueing the wedding party for their walk down the isle
- Bringing the family together for photographs
- Insuring décor and florals are placed properly
- Facilitate design and set up at reception site
- Assist with Special Needs at the reception, confer with staff, entertainment
- Insure vendors provide agreed upon services
- Distributing gratuities or final payments to vendors on your behalf
- Complimentary Wedding Day Emergency Kit
Each Package is customized to meet the needs of the client. Event Management Fees will be dependant of individual factors such as Event Complexity, size of wedding party, number of guests and location.
